How do you get inspired to write?

Pooja A.H. Well, it depends on what I'm writing. Poetry I write when I feel very emotional (obviously). Usually plots spark in my mind when I go out for walks, when I'm in the shower, just before sleeping and when I'm studying for examinations! (sigh!) If I can't grab a pen and notebook or a device I can type into, I usually share the bits and pieces with a friend or imagine narrating it to someone in my head. Being a storyteller, my memory is capable of finely remembering events better than anything else. This can help you too!
