I read this two days ago and keep going back and forth on it. Does anyone else think there needed to be another explanatory chapter to tie up loose ends? For example, the whole point of the book was about perception and the lack of evidence, but with a bloody murder, and Anna pointed out Elise fought back, how would the killer not have gotten blood on them/their clothes. What was that confrontation like?

I personally don't think Anna is a sociopath or a psychopath like that Martin said and the media had declared her guilty so saying otherwise would be career suicide for him meaning his opinion was biased. I am not defending what she did but the fact is she was neither a psychopath or a sociopath but she was a cold-blooded killer. She seemed to feel bad about Elise's death but not about killing her if that makes sense.(less)
