Ah! I thought I answered this question! Maybe I didn't? Sorry for the delay...
I can't say for certain what can happen. There's the possibility of an eBook boxed set because the logistics of that aren't too difficult. But for a physical boxed set? That's a lot harder. As an indie author I'm limited with what I can get printed and how. So in the traditional boxed set sense of a cool box and special spines that all line up (or something like that) likely not.
But, hey, never say never, right? :D
