Okay, it's so hard to pick one favorite. So I'm going to tell you my favorite recent series, then my favorite recent standalone.
I love the Nevermore series by Kelly Creagh because it's an urban fantasy / portal into another world like Splintered, except Edgar Allan Poe's work provides the basis.
As for standalone, The Storyteller by Antonia Michaelis has beautiful prose and a thought-provoking plot. I felt so many emotions, saw things in a way I would have never thought possible. I stepped outside of my safe life-bubble, and grew. It's tragic and beautiful.

Does Roseblood involve a love triangle like the Splintered series and The Architect of Song? I love your books immensely! I've turned into a huge Alice In Wonderland fan as a result of your books and, of course Lewis Carroll in these last few years. I can't wait to read your new books!
