I have been stuck reading your books for the past 3 months and deliberately ask several of my bookish friends to start reading Dream Man series and they all blamed me now for they are getting the same bug as I do. I do so loved The Burg series, especially At Peace. Any change we get a book on Kate and her Chicago PD Detective? I'd like to know what makes you drop Danes since they appear solid on the book

Kristen Ashley First, thank you for the shout out to your friends. I'm sure you know but I'll tell you that word is gold in this biz and that's appreciated.

Second, as for Kate, it's highly unlikely I'll give her or Keira a book. I love, love, LOVE the fact that a lot of folks want books for both of them. But I based them on my nieces, very much on my nieces, and I just can't go there with them! HA!

But Dane...well, he was a sweet kid and he dug Kate but things didn't work out. She was about getting a good education and she found her guy who happened to be very much like her dad. It was her sister who found her true love in high school (and he happened to be like her stepfather). So they both got what they deserved, good men who have great capacity for love and protection!
