I just finished reading Killer Instinct and I absolutely loved it! How did you come up with the idea to write about a character who's not just fascinated by serial killers, but feels a sort of connection to them like Lane does?

I wanted to take things one step beyond and explore the psyche of a person who thinks that dark path might be his destiny in life. Then I asked myself, but what if that person was a female versus a male? And Lane was born...

I have read both Killer Instinct and Killer Within, and I must say these books have jumped to the top of my favorite book lists. Both are so well written and I love all the plot twists in them. I'm very eager to read your new book, Vanquished as well. Are you planning on doing any book signings? I live clear across the country in WA.
