Do you pick your own covers or have an idea of what it will be before the designer? Because they're amazing and SO eye catching like your personal style.

Your serieses and books are so integrated and interconnected. It is so much fun to go back and reread them and find clues and foreshadows (backshadows?). How far ahead or back do you plan things? Do you have a master web of plot twists and connections in your head? On paper? Or are you just insanely clever (instead of the plain, old really clever). and write and go "oh well this ties nicely back to that?"
