So many complaints about how this book doesn't give step by step, however, no one names any. Could someone name some concrete financial books with steps or action points? I'm definitely a novice in this area.

The Richest Man in Babylon (which gives similar advice to what the actual millionaires did, without the scientific research).

The Art of the Start by Guy Kawasaki
