So many complaints about how this book doesn't give step by step, however, no one names any. Could someone name some concrete financial books with steps or action points? I'm definitely a novice in this area.

If you are a novice I recommend reading this first. The diagrams and conversational style make it very easy to digest and internalise.

Most people that complain about this book either already do some investing/business or have read significantly around the area and already understand the foundational concepts.

Plus, it's only a short book so you it's not like you are investing large swathes of your time to read it.(less)
