I agree with Van in that there are plenty of sexual elements. There is a triangle, but love triangle? Not really. I would not call that love. I really do not recommend this book. I was greatly disappointed.

I'm reading it now and so far it is not a love triangle. I don't know if truly consider this a romance, more mystery with some romantic elements.

There are plenty of sexual elements, but romance has almost nothing to do with this book. ;P It's a strange, lyrical little mind bender. ^.^

You can definitely tell that one of the characters is worried about where they stand in their romantic feelings, but one of them could care less and the other... she's a little weird. But the love story is not the main focus of the book, it's mainly about the mystery and the twists and turns that the synopsis mentions "Who plays what role in the story? Do they stay the same?"
