I love the Bosch series and devour the books as soon as a new one comes out. That being said, if I were to recommend a book to someone, which one would you suggest they start with and why?

Michael Connelly The most recent book because I hope I am getting better as a writer each time out.

I just read that the new Bosch is in the works. Is there another Haller in our future? Also, I suggested to my fiancé to check out 'The Lincoln Lawyer' movie last week. She is not one to give a lot of praise to Hollywood, however, she stated that TLL is her new favorite (Great movie I agree but I think it has a little to do with main dude). Right......thanks!
