Just don't want you to have to do without on account of some electronic glitch. I've got some books laying around and it'll all come out in the wash.
As for writing, yeah, I ain't much good at anything else. Kind of a one trick pony. So I've got a novel coming out next year with Putnam titled, The Weight Of This World. And I'm finishing up a new novel, which has also been sold to Putnam, tentatively titled, The Line That Held Us.

I hope that you can help me?. I received an e-mail telling me that I had won a copy of Where all light Tends to Go. I have been waiting for over a month to receive the book but still nothing. I went to the website to mark it as "no received" but it keeps showing that I received it. I don't know who to e-mail for help. I was so looking forward to reading it. Also looking forward to reading My Sunshine Away.

David, this book was so dark, so violent but beautifully and maybe painfully written. What was your inspiration for writing this book? Is this based on your family experience? I hung on to every single word until the last page. I had a few people in the airport ask me what I was reading that would make me gasp out loud. Now that I know the ending, I want to reread it for deeper meaning and for the beautiful words.
