I…moreI just read this to my 8 year old brother and he loved it. That being said, some of the words used in the book can be confusing for younger readers. I found myself having to explain words every so often while reading because I knew that he wouldn't understand. To me, that's the only problem for younger readers if they are trying to read it on their own, just making sure that they can actually understand what is being said. Also, in terms of this taking place in an older time, words like fief can be outside the realm of understanding for younger people. (less)
