After The Lament of the Vampire Bride do you know what you're going to work on next? Is Dead Spots going to be a stand alone novel or do you have any ideas for a sequel?

Rhiannon Frater After The Lament of the Vampire Bride, I will be working on a book for my agent to pitch to publishers. Then I will write the sequel to The Living Dead Boy followed by the third book in the The Last Bastion series.

Dead Spots is a standalone. I feel Mackenzie's story came to a satisfying end. I can't imagine writing in that world again in a way that wouldn't be a repetition of the first book. If I came up with an idea that felt fresh, I'd consider it. But there won't be another book with Mackenzie in it.
