I would love to know what advise would you give people who would like to become an author?

Sarah Painter Hi Zee and thanks for your question. I think the best way to learn to write books is by doing it, so write lots (and try to finish your stories if at all possible). The only other requirement is to read lots, but I also recommend reading 'writing craft' books and listening to podcasts with writing advice and author interviews. As for getting published/going professional, the most important attribute is tenacity. If it's what you truly want, don't give up. Hope that helps a little!

I'm binge reading the Crow Investigation series. I've finished The Night Raven and The Silver Mark and I just started The Fox's Curse yesterday. Lydia is such a fantastic character who is torn between familial loyalty and her own individual truth to be her own person. I can't wait to see where everything goes. How many more books do you think you will do about Lydia and the interesting and unique world?
