I know the movie shows Michael as the same age as Jane. But was he a child or a grown-up when he was Jane's imaginary friend during her childhood? In the first chapter, Jane says that he's the handsomest "man" she has ever seen. But that could be because she's retelling her story after <spoiler>she and Micheal get married.</spoiler> What do you guys think?
