Hi i read . Loved One wicked Night. Although my favourite theme is h betrothed to another and pursued by H. Lorriane Heath's An invitation has a similar theme. I read a book in 2013 in it the heroine is betrothed to an earl and a duke is pursuing her and three days before h wedding compromises her . The h marries the duke. WOndered if you being an author in this genre can help me identify it? TIA.

No idea. I wrote One Wicked Night back in the mid-90's. I'm afraid I don't really know all the historicals with this sort of theme. I have a book where the heroine is engaged to a pastor and is pursued by a duke, her betrothed's cousin, before her wedding. That's called Strictly Forbidden. If that's not the book you're thinking of, try asking some other readers of this genre on Goodreads or Facebook. Someone will know.
