Hi Nalini, I was wondering if you've ever written a character you planned to just be a small, background player and then they turned around and demanded to be the star of their own story? And the Bishop brothers don't count. Because no one can ignore rugby players. ;-)

Judd Lauren. I know, I know, what was I THINKING?! I knew as soon as he came onto the page that this guy was going to be a hero.
Also, Ashwini and Janvier. They were just so awesome in their little novella that I had to write a book about them!

More of a comment - I have re-read Archangel' s Enigma over a handful of times. What a wonderous character you created in Naasir. I was not prepared to be so enamoured. Truly, I wasn't. I can't even imagine how he came to you? So visceral in his duality! Such a great character and story! Thank you!
