Never have it. I simply keep writing. If I get stuck then I will either write further and go back or work on something else and come back later. I find that ideas flow and stories develop as I write. I recently started to write an outline - a few sentences to summarise each chapter. This really helps to quickly get an over view of the sort. Then I also have a guide to flesh out the story.
