My ebooks are included in the Kindle Unlimited subscription program so I am contractually obligated to not sell the ebook versions on anywhere but Amazon.
That being said, you can TOTALLY read them on your Nook! I have a Nook and I read books from Amazon all the time. All you need to do is download the FREE Kindle App on your Nook and then you can go onto Amazon, buy whatever books you would like, and they will download right into that app.
