Grace The book did focus on romance a lot, one of the main girls wouldn't shut up about her lover. It focused way too much on relationships instead of what was actually going on.

Alexis There's a romantic plot between two girls, another romantic plot between a boy and a girl, and then another romantic plot between two other characters. There was too much romance in this novel considering the subject matter.

Kayla It's a book about a school shooting... though it talks about the relationships between some of the characters ... romance itself isn't the actual main point. I highly suggest reading it but the "romance" you'll get is the pain of loved ones or worry about whether or not their safe ... Not a hot scene.

Kathryn There is actually en intertwine of a romantic story line between two girls and two other characters in the book. The romance kept the characters sane while the shooting occurred. It may not be the main focus point, but it does have meaning to the story line.

ade Yeah, but it's annoying imo. I wanted to hear more about what was going on in the shooting rather than the romance. It got annoying when they kept going back and forth between their romance and the present time, especially when there was something suspenseful going on. Like I just wanna know what happens next. If want to read it SOLELY for the romance, then don't read this book. And the romance is more like a painful kind. The relationship came out flat imo but yea
