Hi Gail. I've heard your interview on Ditch Diggers and instantly fell in love with you're persona. I'm very interested in reading your work but I have no idea where to start. Which book series would you suggest to get into for a first time reader?

Gail Carriger You can start with either Soulless (comedy of manners steampunk paranormal fantasy mash up) or Etiquette & Espionage (same world but YA with girl spies). If you taste doesn't run to steampunk I've a few short stories that are low barrier to entry. Fairy Debt is fantasy comedy middle grade, and Marine Biology is gay paranormal comedy of manners. You can see there is always a trend!
