Hm. I'm not good at picking favorites. Especially since I'm inspired by all different authors for all different reasons. I love the depth of Brandon Mull's world building. I love Rick Riordan's use of humor. I love how fearless JK Rowling is when it comes to her plot twists. I love Stephanie Perkins' characterization, and how many unique details she builds into them. I could keep going, but I think that gives you a pretty good idea. :)
