Would this be suitable for my 10 year old to read? His reading level is very advanced so i am not worried about the reading difficulty. I am concerned about adult themes,;minor swearing and violence is ok but graphic sex or violence etc not good. Any thoughts?

If your 10-yr-old is mature, and it's stuff that you've discussed with them in advance, then I would say yes; if they're still finding their way then maybe wait a couple of years.(less)
