Do I need to read the Chinaski novels in any particular order in order to enjoy them or know what is going on? It seems they were not written/published in chronological order in terms of the character Chinaski's life so I assume it's not a big deal but wanted to ask. :-)
Buzz Post Office, Factotum and Women read like a trilogy. It's not essential, but I think it's worth doing them in order just to get a sense of his story.

If you do take them out of order, though, I probably wouldn't start with Women, because I think that's when he's least sympathetic.(less)

Dennis Mabrey This is true Women is his least sympathetic but I thought it was the best of the three just because of Lydia Vance.
