Mark Lawrence:
You have used the word "frostral" a few times in your work (e.g., in "Prince of Fools" and "Gunlaw"). I can't find the word anywhere in any dictionary or through an online search. What does it mean? Is it from some language other than English? Do you recall your source for it? As both a lover of words and of Mark Lawrence prose, I am intensely curious about it.

The world of Abeth created for the excellent Book of the Ancestor trilogy interested me. The science fiction origin is briefly touched on, its future seems limited, the arc of the corridor used in the story is limited in extent, there’s action under the ice. With that unexplored potential any plans to use this world in any future stories? With or without the Sisters?

I find I'm struggling to "pay attention" and enjoy this book. I have to admit to struggling with a tendency to be "a Roland", while recognizing the virtue of being "an Oy". It was so good how you described the way Jorg felt like maybe its because i'm a teenager that i could say most of the thoughts and feelings are relatable.
