My books are usually evolving ideas. I have a very small image to begin, then tend to grow the world/idea as I write. I find until I reach the midway point in writing the first draft I am not sure how the story will go. The Incarnations of Joe series started with the idea of a boy who is a vigilantly protector of animals. It evolved into much more.
