J.R. Shapland I'll move on to another phase of the writing process—art concepts, subplots, histories—until the inspiration to continue the story returns. Sometimes, a long walk while listening to another author's audiobook can help stoke those embers, too. Anything to get out of my head and escape the feeling that I MUST put words onto the page right now.
