Rechan
Rechan asked Peter V. Brett:

Peter, what does does push in push'ting translate to? I get the concept, and I know the 'ting' suffix is 'woman'. But I was wondering what the 'push' translated to. (less)

Peter V. Brett 'Push' means 'false'.

While homosexuality is not forbidden in Krasian society, all Evejans are still expected to marry and produce children. Men who refuse to (or are unable to) sire children are referred to as push'ting, false women.

Like many terms in English, in Krasian 'push'ting' can be derogatory or a point of pride, depending on speaker and context.
