what order would you suggest reading your books. I read Monster and now I am reading Reign. I want to find JStorm character and get her back story?

We first meet Jstorm in Reign but we don't get a back story on her. Her story is coming out this spring and we will know how she ended up at Hailstorm and why she was willing to help with Lex.
As for a reading order (of all my books)... I would say: For A Good Time, Call... (because we first meet the Mallicks there), Dissent, Dark Mysteries, Reign, Monster. Then if you want stories with less of an "edge"- The Sex Surrogate, Dr. Chase Hudson, and then The Stars Landing Series.
This coming winter-summer, we will also be getting books for Cash, Lo, Janie, Wolf, Shooter, Repo, and Paine.
