That was my bad. I completely blanked not only the time she rode of with Tack, but earlier in MOTORCYCLE MAN, she rides with Hop from her place to Tyra's after a certain something is revealed about Elliott. Both are dramatic moments so I don't know why I forgot them...I just did. :-(

Hi again, Queen. Normally I can't reread a book. Knowing what happens next detaches me. Rereading MM has broken this sucky curse! Thank you! On the first read I was deep into Tyra's POV and really experienced her uncertainty w/ Tack. Now that I "know" him, there are SO MANY latent nuances of wonderfulness I missed the first time. How'd you accomplish this? Also, @ what point does the red car become Tyra's in his mind?

You write great books! I just wish I could meet some badass alpha males that aren't total jerks :) I just finished Own the Wind and I don't remember Elvira ever having a man...where did he come from?? Do we get to learn how she met her man because that girl is a wild card and I have no clue how she got a hot badass cop :)
