What age group would this be good for?

I read this book when I was 13 or 14 and, though it was not challenging for me, I really enjoyed it. I think that even some adults would love to read this. Simple vocabulary most of the time, so I think it's good for most children, but the heavy topics bring it up to ages 8+.(less)
