My short answer is, I don't know. The long answer is, I'll likely keep writing that series as long as my publisher continues to exercise the option. I recently singed the contract to write books #13, 14, & 15, so thru 2017 at the very least! :)

I know you said once that "when" was a standalone book, but there isn't a date on the post, so I was wondering if you had changed your mind about a book 2 for "when", will we be lucky to get a second book or are you keeping it a standalone? Hi, V. Read your acknowledgments in S of D. Tomorrow morning, we are taking our 15 y.o. Beagle, Fox, to be put to sleep after months of declining health. So we let him eat his favorite no-no treat (canned cat food), we loved on him, cried over him & we'll say goodbye in the AM.
