Lisa Langdale
Lisa Langdale asked Andrew Shaffer:

Can you recommend a decent dragonfly repellent for my hair?

Andrew Shaffer That's an excellent question, Lisa. There are many dragonfly repellents on the market, and all have the same active ingredient: cobalt-60, a radioactive isotope.

While this is generally safe to use on your clothing, it goes without saying you should avoid spraying it on your skin. You shouldn't spray it in your hair, either, because your hair will begin to fall out after a few uses. So what do you do?

Repellent doesn't get to the root of the problem. These dragonflies sound like real assholes. Where are their parents? Someone needs to teach them a lesson in respecting personal space. Until then, shave your head.
