You must read a lot, and read good books, and start to pay attention to how they're put together: what's in them, and what's not. The odd fact is that most of us can recognize excellent work long before we're able to produce it with regularity ourselves. Closing that gap is the work of the developing writer. Give yourself permission to grow. Your early work is not your "voice," it's your baby pictures. It will change. Let it.
