Goodreads asked Martin Wall:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Martin Wall Writing is work, hard work. You have to make the necessary time. Do you need to watch TV, for instance? Any skill atrophies if it is unused, so try to discipline yourself to do at least some writing on any day when you can. I think 3,000 words is a good average output for a session. Respond to deadlines, and get into the habit of setting them for yourself. Even when the last full stop has been written, there'll be a lot more work to do!
