Since your vampires become stronger as they age, they will have to become tougher/more durable, correct? Otherwise what would be the point of being able to lift a car off the ground when you tear your muscles and break your bones to do so. You would have to become tough enough to deal with that stress on your body. My question is would it be possible for a vampire to become bulletproof if they were old enough?

I never asked myself that question, Brandt, and it's a good one. Vampires can heal bullet wounds in my world, unless the bullets are coated with silver. But I don't think a vampire's skin would become impervious to bullets. Probably they would heal faster.

Thank you from a fan! The only series I haven't been able to get my hands on are the Cemetery Girl books. I don't know how many times I've re-read / listened to the audio versions of the Gunnie Rose series - I've enjoyed them SO much. Eagerly anticipating "The Last Wizards' Ball" Gutted that it's to be the last in the series - is that really the end of the tales for these characters?

Hello Charlaine! I love reading your books. I'm reading Dead Reckoning right now, and I just can't put the Sookie Stackhouse series down! I think my favorite character is Pam. When she said "F a zombie" in the last book I about died from laughter.
