Should someone brand new to Sandman start with Overture? Or leave it to read after the original series?

(because I only have my experience of the magic of it all, and this came last)

I think the answer is yes, that this stands on it's own as an overture. The beginning of what follows. I'd encourage anyone, at any point in their Sandman journey to make their way through this one. (less)
