So, you know how your inspiration comes from songs? Well the only songs that really inspire me are the ones that you don't hear very often and I am writing a book. I can't seem to find something to bring up ideas.

Music is a big inspiration for me, but it might be something completely different for you. Maybe a specific place to write, or a time of day to write? Start paying attention to what you're doing when you get great ideas. Maybe right before bed or first thing in the morning, maybe while you're showering, maybe while on a walk. Once you figure out what inspires you, then you can return to that as you work on your book.

I know that you probably have a million questions to answer and won't have time to read this but I'm writing it anyway. On your website, it says that you got "heavily involved in local theater and in school speech and debate competitions". What inspired you to go back to writing? Since you are one of my favourite authors I decided to act as you for a drama project, I would like to act as accurate as possible.
