Loved this book. Didn't see anywhere in bio or description where there was even a mention that it was going to parallel characters in Out of Africa. Not sure where I missed that. Out of Africa is my favorite movie. Is there an offer for Circling the Sun to become a movie?

There is a line on my book jacket description that talks about Beryl's connection to Karen Blixen (who wrote Out of Africa as Isak Dinesen), though nothing, you're right, explicit about the story line paralleling Blixen's book. And the book has indeed been optioned, and plans for a feature film are in the early stages. Fingers crossed!
