If-you-write-another-Kestrel-inner-kingdom-book-can-you-make-him-a-full-god-now?-Doesn't-have-to-be-all-powerful-but-at-least-a-full-minor-god,-not-a-demi-god. I-just-feel-like-hes-been-slightly-cheated-out-of-his-ascension-to-full-godhood.

Jeffrey Quyle Well, that's an interesting question! Actually, there's a bit of something like that in the current last book of the Grange/Southern Continent Series that I'm finishing writing now. I think my next work will be to revisit Alec and the Ingenairii, so another Kestrel book is farther out in the future - and while I have some plot ideas, I hadn't considered godhead for our part-elf hero. I'm not sure Kestrel can really be a god, at least not with all the dignity that such a powerful position would be entitled to - the imps and sprites would never take him seriously, and would always be offering sly observations that would deflate his ego quickly! You've got me pondering now...we'll see where this goes. Thanks for asking, and have a good day!
