Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Luna Saint Claire Sometimes in life we lose touch with our higher self--the voice within us that always speaks the truth. Fear and insecurity take over. Luna, the protagonist of my debut novel, is feeling invisible and circumscribed by what to her feels like a conventional life. When she meets a magnetic yoga guru she falls victim to his manipulations that awaken her passions and desires. What I learned during my research for this book is that there are thousands of women, and men, that fall victim to narcissistic sociopaths. There are dozens of support groups and Facebook pages devoted to narcissistic abuse. I became fascinated and wrote a novel that is insightful into a dangerous personality disorder that many women will relate to.
