Why are some of your books available for audio and some not? Is there some criteria that I'm missing?

Because sometimes I sell the rights (generally through the book's publisher) and sometimes I don't. It's not always an automatic, I'm afraid!

I read the Miriam Black novels and your writing books at the same time; they really got me thinking about how many villains try to plot out other people's lives, and how many protagonists pants their way back to safety. Do you see your characters as being novelists in real time?
