You provide writers with a whole lot of writing advice via your blog and books. Do you think there is any risk in pulling back the curtain on your writing processes? Is there anything to the "7 book sagas instantly pop into my head fully formed" mystique that some writers cultivate?

Hi, Chuck! When I have a work set in this world, I struggle w/ how much pop culture (music, social/political topics, clothing, hair styles, phones) to include. I try to keep my primary audience in mind, but I don't want readers outside that audience to feel like old geezers or like I'm an old geezer. When I don't include anything of that sort, the world doesn't feel as fleshed out as it should. Any advice?
