Why did you become an author??

Jennifer A. Nielsen Hi Ella! I always have stories in my head, and to me, having an idea and not writing is a minor form of torture - like an itch that can't be scratched. Once I write the story, I realize it's still just words on paper. To give that story life and make it breathe, it needs readers. So I knew to be fully happy, I'd have to try to get published.
