has anyone noticed this little bit of incongruity wrt this passage ? according to the passage, there isn't any possible way doc daneeka can ground orr, because of the catch 22 but doc daneeka says "sure, he can ground orr."

The absurdity of it all is the whole point of the passage. Orr's crazy and can be grounded, but he has to ask to be grounded. But if he ask's, then he must not be crazy because only a sane man would want to be grounded...
