What was it like to write about the past when you feel so differently now?

Great question. It was both difficult and cathartic. It was difficult in the sense that oftentimes I felt I was writing about somebody else, and other times, it was very therapeutic to be able to look inward and better understand where I went wrong. Thanks for asking!
