Shannon Messenger I wasn't able to tell you when I finished NEVERSEEN, because publishing is good at requiring me to keep secrets. But the news is finally out there so yes, there will be a fifth book.

As for a spin-off series possibility--I have no idea. My brain is still too focused on Sophie's story, currently. :)

Is Lodestar going to be the last book? About how many words are in each book? How long does it usually take to write one book? Have you heard of Nanowrimo, it is a website where April, July and November (national novel month) you have one month to write a whole book. I hope that's not to many questions, btw I LOVE all your books.
