I'm so sorry I've taken forever to answer this question! I can't think how I missed it. They met in high school, when he was the bad-boy (leather jacket, whoa) transfer student and she was the good-girl assigned to show him around Stony Bay high. I have written their story, and even Grace's!

One of the things I absolutely love about your books is how all of your characters are so different! They all have their unique personalities, which makes them so realistic. And I don't think many authors can do that. So how did you come up with these characters and their personality traits? Are they based on people you knew? Or how did you come up with them?

I have read both of of your books that you have wrote and I loved them. I recommended 'My Life Next Door' to my best friend who loved it as well and we can't wait till 'The Boy Most Likely To' comes out. I was just wondering once the book is out and many people read it will you be writing another book like 'What I Thought Was True"?
