Heather Herron
Heather Herron asked Kristina Aziz:

How do you get involved in blogging/reviewing books where you've gotten the free copies?

Kristina Aziz You start off reviewing your own books if you're looking at getting them directly from the authors, or are interested in helping mainly self published authors. It's good to have your own webspace (blogger, wordpress, or your own website) for reviews other than goodreads. If you want mainly print books, enter the Goodreads giveaways, or giveaways on Library reads. Many Christian Publishers have reviewer programs for free print books, and my recent favorite is Blogging For Books, which allows you one print book at a time. If you don't mind e-books, my favorite by far is NetGalley. Just don't get too crazy with requesting books, because you'll never catch up.

A lot more experienced bloggers have good tips. My favorite blogger is parajunkee (parajunkee.com), even though she likes romance novels, she has great tips for bloggers and a shop for html code for your website.
